What's Included

General Coverage

Below is an overview of the different levels of our limited warranty.

1 Year Coverage

All Materials and Workmanship (except landscaping)
*Condominiums have 2 Year standard coverage for these items (except landscaping)

2 Year Coverage

Installation of All Mechanical Systems, if applicable:

  • Plumbing
  • Heating and Air Conditioning
  • Electrical Systems

10 Year Coverage

Coverage Against Structural Defects, including:

  • Footings
  • Beams
  • Trusses
  • Bearing Walls
  • Girders
  • Lintels
  • Structural Fasteners
